微博的出现是互联网时代的一大革新,但随之也滋生诸多问题,其中之一便是微博的著作权。我国在互联网领域发展时间少,发展速度快,相关法律仍不完备,再加之网络的互通性,微博著作权人在保护自身权益时始终处于弱势地位。文章重点论述了微博著作权的特点及侵权行为,辅之提出对微博著作权的保护。
The emergence of Weibo is a revolution in the Internet era, but many problems have also arisen. One of them is the copyright of Weibo. The development of our country in the field of the Internet less time, faster, the relevant laws are still not complete, coupled with the interoperability of the network, microblogging copyright owners in the protection of their rights and interests has always been in a vulnerable position. This article focuses on the characteristics and infringement of Weibo copyright, supplemented by the proposed protection of Weibo copyright.
