在制造光学仪器时为了保证光源的单色性,通常用滤色方法将灯源发出的光,通过滤色片或滤色液滤去不需要的谱线的光,以获得某种特定波长的单色光。因紫外光谱范围内的滤色片不易得到,故在制造“核酸蛋白检测仪”时采用滤色液。滤色液是各种滤色试剂按一定比例配制而成的。2,7-二甲基-3,6-二氮杂环庚二烯-1,6过氯酸盐(2,7-dimethyl-3,6-diazacycloheptadiene-1,6perchlorate)、硫酸镍及吩嗪-1-羧酸(phen-azine-1-carboxylic acid)三者配制成的滤色液能使空心阴极灯—锰灯发出的光在滤色后得到波长为280毫微米的单色光。本文介绍吩嗪-1-羧酸的制备和纯化。
