In recent years, Xiamen held dozens of tourist festivals, but has yet to form a festive brand that can represent Xiamen’s tourism. Based on the analysis of tourism resources and target consumer groups in Xiamen, this paper proposes the design concept of Xiamen Mid-Autumn Festival Carnival Fiesta brand. Aiming at the brand culture and communication concept, a detailed design scheme is given from the project orientation to the visual image planning. Xiamen is a well-known tourist city in China. According to the statistics of Xiamen Tourism Bureau, from January to November in 2012, the number of reception days in Xiamen increased by 26.45% over the same period of previous year, showing strong growth momentum. Tourism festivals, simply put, is the festival of tourism value, Lee
