根据保护系统的技术发展及最新的电子技术,并结合200MW核供热站的特点,提出了一种改进的保护系统设计方案。该设计方案在信号转输环节应用电压/频率变换技术,在信号处理环节应用无软件数字化技术,在逻辑符合环节应用通用阵列逻辑(GAL)技术和微处理器系统互为冗余的结构,克服了为200MW核供热站原来所设计的保护系统在通信、自检及信息显示等方面的不足,同时也从设备多样性角度探索解决数字化保护系统中软件失效引起的共模失效问题的方法。
According to the technical development of protection system and the latest electronic technology, combined with the characteristics of 200MW nuclear heating station, an improved protection system design is proposed. The design scheme applies the voltage / frequency conversion technology in the signal transfer process, applies software-free digital technology in the signal processing and applies the common array logic (GAL) technology and the microprocessor system to each other in the logical match, In order to solve the problem of common mode failure caused by software failure in digital protection system from the point of view of equipment diversity, the protection system originally designed for 200MW nuclear power plant was lacking in communication, self-test and information display.
