慢性胃炎的发病机制目前尚不明了,有研究表明与细胞免疫功能异常有关。我们应用T淋巴细胞亚群单克隆抗体测定慢性胃炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,以观察这类病人机体的细胞免疫状态。
The pathogenesis of chronic gastritis is not yet clear, studies have shown that abnormal cellular immune function. We use T lymphocyte subsets monoclonal antibodies in peripheral blood of patients with chronic gastritis T lymphocyte subsets in order to observe the cellular immune status of these patients.
