为探讨医院感染管理体系的建立与管理措施的实施 ,选择 1 998- 1 999年医院感染、抗生素使用情况及消毒监测的资料进行比较分析 ,观察医院感染率的降低程度 ,抗生素的合理使用情况及消毒质量的提高水平。结果医院感染率下降 ,抗生素使用率下降 ,消毒质量合格率明显提高。提示 ,双网双控工作的开展能及时发现感染暴发流行的苗头及危险因素 ,很快使产科母婴同室鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染得到控制 ,避免了医院感染暴发流行的发生。
In order to explore the establishment of hospital infection management system and the implementation of management measures, the data of hospital infection, antibiotic use and disinfection monitoring from 1998 to 1999 were compared and analyzed to observe the reduction of hospital infection rate, the rational use of antibiotics and The quality of disinfection to improve the level.
