当前,随着我国社会经济的不断发展,以及我国周边国际局势的不断变化,中国共产党面临着比较严峻的形势,因此,强化党的建设,打牢执政基础是当务之急。中国共产党是执政党,在我国社会主义现代化建设中起领导核心的作用,而党建科学化是巩固执政基础的关键所在。信息化社会里,“电子党务”的出现,为中国共产党提升党建科学化水平开辟了一条便捷的途径。本文拟对电子党务如何促进党建科学化水平提升进行比较详细的论述。
At present, with the continuous development of our country’s social economy and the constant changes in the international and neighboring situations in our country, the Chinese Communist Party is facing a rather grim situation. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen party building and lay a solid foundation for assuming power. As the ruling party, the Chinese Communist Party plays a leading role in the socialist modernization drive. Scientific party building is the key to consolidating the ruling foundation. In the information society, the advent of the “electronic party affairs” has opened up a convenient way for the CPC to upgrade the scientific level of party building.
