病历摘要患者女性。15岁,学生,住院号140939。因发作性头痛4个月。症状加重6天,于1982年7月6日入院。入院前4个月感发作性二颞侧隐痛,持续数秒即缓解最初数日一次,以后日渐增多,9天前其父母见患者面色苍白。眼睑似轻度肿胀,而去附近医院门诊,测皿压170/120mmHg,尿液检查蛋白((?))、颗粒管型(0～1)、红细胞(+)/高倍视野。心电图提示多源性室性早搏,窦性心律不齐,以“肾性高血压”入院。
Patient Summary Patient Female. 15 years old, student, hospital number 140939 Due to episodes of headache for 4 months. The symptoms were aggravated for 6 days and were admitted on July 6, 1982. Four months before admission, the first episode of bilateral temporal pain resulted in a transient episode of pain that lasted for a few seconds to ease the first few days. After that, the number gradually increased and the parents were pale nine days earlier. Eyelid seems mild swelling, and went to the nearby hospital clinic, measuring the pressure of the dish 170 / 120mmHg, urine test protein (?), Granular tube (0-1), red blood cells (+) / high power field. ECG prompted multi-ventricular premature beats, sinus arrhythmia, “renal hypertension” admission.
