校长交流是指校长在一所学校任职满一定届别或年限后,被交流到另一所学校或另一岗位任职。与校长交流意涵相近的主要形式有:校长支教、校长挂职、校长轮岗、校长流动等。校长交流存在的主要问题:制度性不强,操作性不强,开放性不够。校长交流的政策建议:在制度保障上,尽快建立并逐步完善校长交流制度;在物质保障上,设立中小学校长交流专项基金,将其纳入财政预算。
The exchange of principals means that the principal, after having served a certain school for a certain number of years or years, is transferred to another school or to another post. The main problems of exchange of principals: the system is not strong, operability is not strong, open enough.
