目的:观察穴位贴敷联合穴位注射治疗对慢性持续期支气管哮喘患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及IL-2、IL-4的影响。方法:将60例西医诊断为支气管哮喘慢性持续期、中医辨证为肺脾气虚证的患者随机分为两组,每组各30例。对照组予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在上述治疗基础上,同时加用穴位贴敷联合穴位注射黄芪注射液治疗。观察并比较两组治疗前、治疗后6个月外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及IL-2、IL-4的变化。结果:治疗6个月后,对照组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较治疗前略有下降,CD8+略有升高,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组上述3项指标较治疗前略有升高,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后上述3项指标与对照组治疗后比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗6个月后,对照组IL-2、IL-4与治疗前相仿,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组IL-2、IL-4较治疗前均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);经治疗后,治疗组IL-2、IL-4水平与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:穴位贴敷联合穴位注射能调节肺脾气虚证慢性持续期支气管哮喘患者的免疫功能。
Objective: To observe the effects of acupoint sticking combined with acupoint injection on peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets, IL-2 and IL-4 in patients with chronic bronchial asthma. Methods: Sixty patients diagnosed with chronic bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups (n = 30 in each group). The control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine, the treatment group on the basis of the above treatment, plus acupuncture plus acupoint injection Astragalus injection. The changes of T lymphocyte subsets, IL-2 and IL-4 levels in peripheral blood before and 6 months after treatment in both groups were observed and compared. Results: The levels of CD4 + and CD4 + / CD8 + in the control group decreased slightly and CD8 + increased slightly after 6 months of treatment, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The three indexes in the treatment group were slightly higher than those before treatment (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the above three indexes between the treatment group and the control group after treatment (P> 0.05). The levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in the control group were similar to those before treatment (P> 0.05) after 6 months of treatment. The levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01). After treatment, the levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group after treatment (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Acupoint sticking combined with acupoint injection can modulate the immune function of chronic bronchial asthma patients with lung, spleen deficiency syndrome.
