白石山林业局自1980年以来使用自制的小型蒸汽预热器,取得了较好的效果。该预热器主要由加温器和散热器两大部分组成。加温器主要由集水管、上升管、下降管、循环管、锅筒等部件焊接而成。锅筒截面为椭圆形(长轴400mm,短轴200mm),壁厚为2 mm,材料为A,钢板,两端封闭,两侧采用双排管(上升管和下降管)。散热器是由集材—50拖拉机的发动机机油散热器改制而成。上、下两集汽室分别焊
