文章将国内外主要的行业分为管理型和投资型这一分类标准进行了比较研究,认为GICS为适合中国上市公司的行业分类标准;实证分析结果表明,GICS的分类效果从投资角度,优于中国证监会《指引》标准。
The article makes a comparative study on the classification of major domestic and foreign industries into management-oriented and investment-oriented, and considers GICS as the industry classification standard suitable for Chinese listed companies. The empirical analysis shows that the classification effect of GICS is superior to investment in terms of investment China Securities Regulatory Commission “guidelines” standards.
