医院卫生统计工作是医院管理的重要组成部分,充分利用统计信息可以及时对医院工作进行分析评价,可以为医院考核目标完成情况或为领导决策提供科学依据,也可以为医院制度制定各项计划,为提高医疗质量,深化医院改革服务。笔者根据近年来的工作经验,认为卫生统计逐步完善医院管理,在工作中妳补不足;而随着现代医院管理工作的日趋成熟,也不断促进卫生统计工作进一步发展和提高。卫生统计与医院管理相辅相成,和谐共进,成为现代化医院建设的良性载体。
