缸盖螺栓拆装时要有专用工具。我厂以往用的工具有缺点,如偏心滚轮式工具,当将缸盖螺栓卡住卸下来后,要从工具上取下缸盖螺栓较困难,要敲打工具,甚至要夹在虎钳上敲打才能取下。我厂最近采用了销轴式缸盖螺栓拆装工具,它由把手、套管和销轴组成(见图),套管由上下两节焊成,销轴直径为φ16毫米,一面刨成锥面铣上牙齿后再淬火,硬度RC 50。使用时将套管套在缸盖螺栓上,再将销轴插入套管的销轴孔内,然后扳动把手旋转套管,就可将缸盖螺栓拆下或装上了。
Cylinder head bolt disassembly must have special tools. Previously used tools in our factory had disadvantages, such as eccentric roller tools. When the cylinder head bolt is jammed and removed, it is difficult to remove the cylinder head bolt from the tool. To beat the tool, even to clamp it on the vice Can be removed. When using the sleeve to cover the cylinder head bolt, and then insert the pin into the pin hole in the sleeve, and then turn the handle to rotate the sleeve, the cylinder head bolt can be removed or fitted.
