目的探索适合农村地区的结核病/艾滋病双重感染防治模式。方法确定了“两化一合作”作为结核病/艾滋病双重感染防治的运行模式,两化就是指结核病人进行艾滋病抗体检测程序化和艾滋病感染者/病人筛查结核病制度化,一合作是指建立广泛的内外合作机制。累计为614例确诊结核病人进行H IV抗体检测,H IV抗体阳性1例,阳性率为0.16%;累计为可随访到的122例H IV/AIDS进行X线胸片检查785人次,查痰525人次,结核菌素(PPD)实验368人次,共计筛查出结核病人8例,结核病检出率为6.6(8/122)。结果疾控中心内部建立、完善了结核病防治人员和艾滋病防治人员的合作机制;外部建立和加强了疾控中心和县级医疗机构、乡镇卫生院、村卫生室、广电、宣传、公安、民政、教育等部门的合作,重点强化了政策倡导、医疗救治、病人督导管理、健康教育、关怀救助等职能和职责;结论利用“两化一合作”模式开展结核病/艾滋病防治工作适合广大农村地区,可操作性强,在结核病/艾滋病双重感染病人的发现、治疗管理、综合防治方面取得了阶段性成效,具有很高的推广价值。
