目的:探讨B超引导下经皮肝胆囊穿刺置管引流术治疗老年高危患者急性胆囊炎的临床应用价值。方法:总结分析2014年1月—2015年10月间收治的34例老年高危患者急性胆囊炎B超引导下穿刺治疗临床资料,分析治疗效果及安全性。结果:34例手术绝对禁忌证老年急性胆囊炎患者,行经皮肝B超引导下穿刺治疗均成功,患者症状明显改善。结论:超声引导下经皮肝胆囊置管微创治疗是不能手术或不愿接受手术的老年高危患者急性胆囊炎的一种有效治疗方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage guided by B-ultrasound in the treatment of acute cholecystitis in elderly patients with high risk. Methods: The clinical data of 34 cases of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis undergoing B-guided percutaneous puncture between January 2014 and October 2015 were analyzed and analyzed. The treatment effect and safety were analyzed. Results: 34 cases of absolute contraindication in elderly patients with acute cholecystitis, percutaneous transhepatic B-guided puncture were successful, the patient’s symptoms improved significantly. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder catheterization is an effective treatment for acute cholecystitis in elderly high-risk patients who can not be operated or are unwilling to undergo surgery.
