一、收人分配差距的判断分歧 对当前居民收入分配评价的差异,具体来说,有以下几种情形。 有的从职工工资性收入上比较。据对石家庄、太原、苏州、福州、岳阳、长安等市县职工收入情况的抽样调查,国有企事业单位1994年8月份收入水平:(1)管理人员的收入分别为,处级702元,厅局级666元,副处级565元,副厅局级513元,科级474元,副科级439元,科员396元,未定职务人员395元。(2)专业技术人员的收入分别为,教授级工程师1007元,高级工程师674元,工程师512元,助理工程师400元,技术员359元,未定职称人员336元。(3)工人收入分别为,高级技工505元,高级技师329元,普通工人327元,学徒工228元。由此可见,这三个系列不同级别的工资水平差距不大。若比较1956年、1985年和1992年三次工资制度改革后的最高工资与最低工资的收入差距,表现为差距缩小之势。最低工资者较最高工资者工资提高的幅度为大。

(3) Workers’ income is respectively 505 yuan for senior technicians, 329 yuan for senior technicians, 327 yuan for ordinary workers and 228 yuan for apprentices. This shows that there is not a big gap between the wages of these three series at different levels. If we compare the income gap between the maximum wage and the minimum wage after the reform of the three wage systems in 1956, 1985 and 1992, they are reflected in the narrowing of the gap. The minimum wage is higher than the maximum wage increase.
