一、前言滚焊的部分预应力电杆除具有部分预应力电杆的优点外,还能提高生产机械化程度,简化操作工艺,节省钢材,提高钢筋与混凝土的粘结力和电杆的使用性能。二、滚焊的部分预应力电杆的研制我厂在生产滚焊的普通电杆的基础上,通过对各类电杆及其工艺的分析对比,研制成了结构合理、工艺先进、节材、节能的电杆新产品——滚焊的部分预应力混凝土电杆。在研制过程中,我们进行了与其相适应的工艺改造和试生产。结果证明,新的工艺是可行的,产品达到了国家标准要求。根据这一结果,我们确定了用于生产的各种技术参数,设计了电杆配筋图,编制了产品生产内控标准和工艺操作规程。

Based on this result, we have determined various technical parameters for production, designed the bar diagram for bar construction, and compiled the internal control standards and technological operating procedures for production.
