However, many people were unable to sleep when it was quiet in the night. Some were walking through the streets, while others spent their days dreaming. Sleep disorders have become a problem in our lives. The International Sleep Organization survey found that 30 to 60-year-old women had an average of 6 hours and 41 minutes of sleep during a week’s work, and about 30% of adults had sleep disorders. But most people are not aware of the negative health effects of insomnia. Only 4% of people will seek medical treatment because of sleep problems.
