建设一支高素质的新闻骨干队伍,是搞好部队新闻宣传工作的基础和前提。3月上旬,兰州军区某集团军着眼时代发展和部队需要,为提高新闻骨干整体素质,用半个月的时间举办了一期基层新闻骨干培训班,通过课堂授课、实地采写、集中交流、难题会诊等教学形式,组织新闻骨干系统学习了新闻采访、消息和通讯写作、摄影报道等知识,提高了新闻骨干的理论功底和采写能力。现将他们的学习心得刊发,以供基层通讯员、新闻爱好者学习借鉴。
