将高灵敏度的卟啉类试剂用于微量阴离子的测定至今尚未见报道。本文根据汞(Ⅱ)可与四(4-三甲铵苯基)卟啉(简称TAPP)在室温下产生灵敏的显色反应(ε=2.85×10~5),并允许大量常见阴离子存在的特性;又当氰离子存在时,则与汞(Ⅱ)离子生成稳定的、具有一定组成的汞氰配离子,从而抑制了与其相当量的Hg(Ⅱ)—TAPP配合物生成的原理,提出了利用TAPP作显色剂间接分光光度法测定微量氰化物的新方法。本法操作简便,具有较高的灵敏度、选择性和稳定性。应用本法测定了部分工业废水中的微量总氰化物,并进行了标准方法对照试验,结果良好,对CN~-的检测限为0.04ppm,多次测定的精密度亦令人满意。本文将卟啉类试剂引入微量CN~-阴离子的测定,扩大了卟啉的应用范围。
The high sensitivity of porphyrin-based reagents for the determination of trace anions has not been reported. In this paper, a sensitive chromogenic reaction (ε = 2.85 × 10 ~ 5) with tetrakis (4-trimethylammonium) porphyrin (TAPP) ; When the cyanide ion is present, a stable and certain composition of mercury and cyanogen ion with mercury (II) ion is formed, thereby inhibiting the formation of Hg (II) -TAPP complex with its equivalent amount, and the use of TAPP as a new reagent indirect spectrophotometric determination of trace cyanide. This method is simple, with high sensitivity, selectivity and stability. This method has been applied to the determination of trace total cyanide in industrial wastewater, and the standard method of control experiments with good results, the detection limit of CN ~ - 0.04ppm, many times the determination of the precision is also satisfactory.
