市场经济条件下,知识员工忠诚度的缺失有各方面的原因。本文首先分析了社会原因的几个根源,并运用博弈理论分析了“不忠诚”行为带来的社会效益损失,从宏观与微观层面探讨了提高知识员工组织忠诚度的策略与具体方法。
Under the condition of market economy, there are various reasons for the lack of loyalty of knowledge workers. This article first analyzes several causes of social causes and uses game theory to analyze the loss of social benefits caused by “unfaithful” behavior. The strategies and specific methods to improve organizational loyalty of knowledge workers are discussed from macro and micro levels.
