建设低碳城市是我国减少温室气体排放和缓解气候变化影响的重要选择。而我国低碳城市建设起步较晚、经验较少,在城市快速扩张的背景下,面临着巨大的减排任务。本文分析了北美国家低碳城市建设的政策和措施,并结合具体城市的低碳案例归纳了各种低碳措施及其效果。然后,基于我国的国情,讨论了我国低碳城市建设过程中面临的困难和存在的问题,并对我国低碳城市的建设提出了建议,以期对今后我国低碳城市的建设提供参考。
Building a low-carbon city is an important choice for our country to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate the impact of climate change. However, the construction of low-carbon cities in our country started relatively late with little experience. Under the background of rapid urban expansion, China faces the task of huge emission reduction. This paper analyzes the policies and measures for low-carbon urban development in North American countries and concludes with various low-carbon measures and their effects, taking into account the low-carbon cases in specific cities. Then, based on China's national conditions, this paper discusses the difficulties and existing problems in the construction of low-carbon cities in our country and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of low-carbon cities in our country in order to provide reference for the construction of low-carbon cities in the future.
