目的观察高度近视合并白内障超声乳化手术的临床效果。方法回顾分析内蒙古医学院附属医院2005年5月—2009年5月4年间进行超声乳化手术的高度近视合并白内障患者手术,术前眼科常规检查,表面麻醉下采用低能量、低负压、低流量白内障超声乳化+人工晶体植入术,观察术中、术后并发症,术后矫正视力。结果术后视力均有不同程度的提高,术中后囊膜破裂1眼(1/100)。结论表面麻醉下低能量、低负压、低流量来完成超声乳化人工晶状体植入术治疗高度近视眼白内障是较安全有效的。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of phacoemulsification with high myopia and cataract. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the operation of preoperative ophthalmology and ophthalmology in patients with high myopia and cataract undergoing phacoemulsification surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from May 2005 to May 2009. The surface anesthesia was performed with low energy, low negative pressure and low flow rate Cataract phacoemulsification + intraocular lens implantation, intraoperative and postoperative complications, postoperative visual acuity were observed. Results postoperative visual acuity improved in varying degrees, intraoperative rupture of the posterior capsule 1 (1/100). Conclusion It is safer and more effective to perform phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation under low anesthesia with low energy, low negative pressure and low flow rate in the treatment of high myopia cataract.
