本工作采用微量注射、电损毁、电刺激和微电泳的方法,探讨了大鼠延髓外周橄榄腹外侧核(LVPO)是否真正参与中枢化学感受功能。实验在38只雄性SD大鼠上进行。结果表明:(1)微量注射酸化人工脑脊液于LVPO可引起隔神经放电活动明显加强。(2)微电泳给予H+对LVPO的自发放电单位主要引起兴奋反应,并且,微电泳给予H+引起兴奋反应的部分单位也可被腹外侧表面微量注射酸化人CSF所兴奋。(3)损毁LVPO后能明显地减弱呼吸中枢对CO2的反应性。(4)电刺激LVPO,可以使部分NTS和NRA区的单位放电频率增加,提示LVPO与NTS和NRA之间存在功能联系。上述结果提示,LVPO可能在中枢化学感受功能中起重要作用。
In this study, microinjection, electrical rupture, electrical stimulation and micro-electrophoresis were used to investigate whether central perineal olivary nucleus (LVPO) of the medulla oblongata is involved in central chemosensory function. Experiments were performed on 38 male SD rats. The results showed that: (1) microinjection of acidified artificial cerebrospinal fluid in LVPO can significantly increase the activity of the septal nerve. (2) The spontaneous discharge units of LVPO induced by H + in the microelectrophoresis mainly cause excitement reaction, and some units induced by H + by microelectrophoresis can also be excited by microinjection of acidified human CSF into the ventrolateral surface. (3) The damage of LVPO can obviously weaken the reactivity of respiratory center to CO2. (4) Electrical stimulation of LVPO can increase the unit discharge frequency of some NTS and NRA regions, suggesting that there is a functional relationship between LVPO and NTS and NRA. The above results suggest that LVPO may play an important role in central chemosensitivity.
