Since ancient times, reading is an important way to acquire knowledge, which can improve a person’s cultural accomplishment and ideological realm. In today’s society, reading teaching has become an important part of secondary school Chinese curriculum, which can help middle school students acquire knowledge better and improve their own language accomplishment faster. How teachers arrange reading teaching to improve their effectiveness is worth further study. This article discusses how to improve the effectiveness of Chinese reading teaching in middle schools.
