对447份不同泌乳期的乳汁进行了钙含量测定,并对其中35例乳母同时进行了血钙、碱性磷酸酶及尿钙的测定,发现初乳(7.37mmol/L)、过渡乳(7.60mmol/L)钙含量显著低于35~60天的成熟乳(8.34mmol/L)(P<0.05).冬季母乳钙含量显著低于春夏秋三季(P值均<0.05);依据单侧95%的参考范围,推荐以7.0mmol/L作为母乳钙含量的低限,并发现71.4%的乳母低于此值,有缺钙.提示母乳钙定量测定,既可推算出婴儿对钙的摄入量,又可了解乳母的钙营养状况,是对母婴补钙的科学依据.
