自去年七月开展集体合同工作以来,已经批准了的有造纸,烟草、地毯、皮鞋、三轮车、挑粪六业合同(包括千余工厂,二万余职工,详情见附表);经双方多次商讨,已取得完全或基本协议,可望最近期内批准者有国药、染料、码头装卸三业;劳资双方经过相当期间的分别研究与酝酿,已进入协商阶段者有橡胶、面粉、染整、肠衣、五金五个行业;除此以外本市一个较为复杂和厂数最多的(一千八百余家)织染业,亦于去年十二月中旬布置该项工作。综合上述情况,
