Scolding economists is no longer rare. Thirty years of reform and opening up have made remarkable achievements in the Chinese economy and encountered unprecedented confusion: rising prices, excessive foreign exchange reserves, soaring housing prices and a bubble in the stock market ... As economists growing along with China’s market economy , Or out of subjective responsibility, or out of objective necessity, have dedication to suggestions for the development of China’s economy open “prescription.” In the reform years of the past three decades, economists studied such topics as price reform, macro-control, ownership reform, government and market relations, and constantly provided theoretical nourishment and breakthrough momentum for the entire macroeconomic reform. However, as economist Zhao Xiao said, in the past years, the mainstream of economics did pay more attention to efficiency and ignored fairness. Instead, they paid more attention to the direction of reform but ignored the fairness of the process. They paid more attention to private capital While neglecting the interests of the wider public; paying more attention to marketization and neglecting democratization. As more and more people find themselves failing to share more about the benefits of economic reform, it seems as if economists cheated and ventured as a source of public discontent. In fact, not only economists are scolded, but also policy makers as well as those who get rich first. The public in order to express their dissatisfaction with the status quo and public policy. Public opinions with emotions may make people irritable, but behind scolding is the public’s concern for the status quo and the rights and interests of society. In this regard, we believe that people are not afraid of people talking about the argument, people are not talking about sorrow - more than death, as long as there is sound, there is the possibility of improvement.
