本文着重介绍S195型柴油机气体软氮化曲轴一万小时耐久试验结果。试验表明:不仅化合物层具有优越的耐磨性能,而且氮化扩散层也具有良好的耐磨性能。因此,气体软氮化处理的目的不应单纯着眼于表面较薄的化合物层,对里面含氮浓度较高,厚度较大的氮化扩散层,必须足够注意。让氮化扩散层一开始就构成曲轴轴颈的工作表层,这对提高气体软氮化曲轴实际使用寿命是有益的。
This article focuses on S195 diesel engine gas nitrocarburized crankshaft ten thousand hours durability test results. Experiments show that: not only the compound layer has excellent wear resistance, and the nitride diffusion layer also has good wear resistance. Therefore, the purpose of gas nitrocarburizing should not simply focus on the thinner compound layer, but care must be taken for the high nitrogen concentration and thick nitrided diffusion layer inside. Allowing the nitrided diffusion layer to initially form the working surface of the crankshaft journal is beneficial to increasing the actual useful life of the gas nitrocarburized crankshaft.
