随着城市建设的不断发展,大城市可供开发的土地越来越少,土地价格亦日趋高涨。国际上许多大城市已利用铁路站场上空建造商场、住宅和其它公共建筑,已有许多成功的经验。如今,上海这个国际化大都市土地也日益紧张,市内的土地价已接近井超过建造价格,能否考虑铁路站场的二次开发,已越来越成为人们关注的话题。本文就上海二客站的客技站上部开发的可行性作初步的探讨。
With the continuous development of urban construction, fewer and fewer lands are available for development in large cities, and land prices are also rising. Many major cities in the world have used the railway stations to build shopping malls, residential buildings and other public buildings. There have been many successful experiences. Today, the land of Shanghai, an international cosmopolitan city, has become increasingly tense. The land price in the city is close to the price of wells over the construction price. Whether or not the secondary development of railway stations can be considered has become a topic of increasing concern. This paper discusses the feasibility of the development of the upper part of the guest station in the Shanghai Second Passenger Station.
