In recent years, the phenomenon of precast concrete exterior wall panels and roof leakage has become one of the major quality problems in construction projects, which has severely affected its use. This has been strongly reflected in the society. In 1990, the Department of Construction Supervision of the Ministry of Construction together with the Department of Construction, the Department of Design, and the Department of Science and Technology invited some experts to discuss the status quo and causes of leakage, condensation, and roof leakage of concrete exterior wall panels, and proposed corresponding control measures.
