目的了解藏族青少年血清钙、磷及钙调节激素水平,为藏族青少年生长发育的研究提供相应资料。方法采用分层整群抽样法,从那曲地区中小学生中抽取12~18岁藏族健康青少年336名,检测血清钙(Ca)、磷(P)、全段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)、降钙素(CT)水平。结果藏族青少年血清Ca、CT水平与年龄无相关关系,血清P及iPTH水平与年龄之间具有相关性,且在12~14岁年龄组表现为男性血清P水平显著高于女性(P值均<0.05),除12,13岁组外,男性iPTH水平也明显高于女性(P值均<0.01)。结论藏族青少年血清钙、磷及钙调节激素水平与年龄、性别具有一定的相关性,主要表现为随着年龄的增加、青春期发育的减弱,血清P及iPTH水平逐渐降低。
Objective To understand the levels of serum calcium, phosphorus and calcium-regulated hormones in Tibetan adolescents and provide relevant information for the research of Tibetan adolescent growth and development. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to collect 336 healthy Tibetan adolescents aged 12-18 years from primary and high school students in Naqu district. Serum calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), total parathyroid hormone (iPTH) and calcium Su (CT) level. Results Serum Ca and CT levels in Tibetan adolescents did not correlate with age. Serum P and iPTH levels were correlated with age. Serum P levels were significantly higher in males aged 12-14 than in females (P < 0.05). Except for 12 and 13-year-old group, male iPTH levels were significantly higher than female (P <0.01). Conclusion Serum levels of calcium, phosphorus and calcium-regulated hormones in Tibetan adolescents are related to age and sex. The main manifestations are as follows: the adolescent development is weakened and the serum P and iPTH levels are gradually decreased as the age increases.
