目的:研究脑力苏胶囊改善VD大鼠认知障碍的作用机制。方法:根据Pappas BA方法,采用双侧颈总动脉结扎法制作VD大鼠模型,用Moriss水迷宫检测VD大鼠学习、记忆改善状况。通过免疫组化方法检测大鼠海马(CA1区)缺氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)阳性细胞数。结果:脑力苏高、低剂量灌胃治疗后大鼠学习记忆明显改善(P<0.01),脑力苏治疗组HIF-1α表达较假手术组明显增加,较模型组明显降低。结论:脑力苏可提高缺血脑组织细胞内氧浓度,改善学习记忆功能,对VD具有确切的保护作用。
Objective: To study the mechanism of Naolisu Capsule in improving cognitive impairment in VD rats. METHODS: According to Pappas BA method, VD rat models were established by bilateral common carotid artery ligation. The learning and memory improvement of VD rats were detected by Morris water maze. The number of HIF-1α positive cells in hippocampus (CA1) was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The rats’ brain function improved significantly after being treated with high-dose and low-dose brain (P<0.01). Compared with the sham operation group, the expression of HIF-1α in the Naolisu treatment group was significantly higher than that in the model group. Conclusion: Naolisu can increase the intracellular oxygen concentration in ischemic brain tissue, improve learning and memory function, and have a protective effect on VD.
