采用多普勒超声心动图评价20例高血压病患者口服复方降压片8周前后左室重量指数(LVMI)、左室流入道频谱图A峰与E峰比值(A/E)、E峰减速率、舒张晚期与整个舒张期的速度时间积分比(AA/TA)、E峰加速面积(EAA)分数的变化,并与20例卡托普利治疗组相对比。两组患者治疗后血压均降至正常。卡托普利组LVMI、A/E、AA/TA均降低,EAA分数升高;而复方降压片组LVMI和左室舒张功能指标却无同步改善,甚至部分患者LVMI升高,EAA分数也有所降低。提示长期口服复方降压片治疗对左室重量及其舒张功能的上述影响可能会部分抵消降压带来的益处。
The left ventricular mass index (LVMI), the ratio of peak A to peak E (E / E) and peak E of peak of left ventricular outflow tract in 20 hypertensive patients before and after oral administration of compound antihypertensive tablets were measured by Doppler echocardiography.
