维生素B_(12)除了用于治疗恶性贫血外,临床上还广泛运用于多种神经系统疾病,具有一定疗效。虽然该药没有毒性,但可能引起过敏反应,甚至过敏性休克。笔者1992年9月在门诊曾遇到一例,现报告如下: 李某,女,26岁,农民。1992年9月27日因四肢麻木、乏力3天来我院内科门诊就诊。询问病史,患者一个月前曾自服有机磷农药乐果100ml,经我院内科病房抢救治疗后于一周前痊愈出院,几天后出现上述症状。诊断:中毒性多发性神经炎、给予强的松10mg口服每天3次,地巴唑10mg口服每天3次,维生素B_(12)0.1mg
