日前,国家建机质检中心专家检测组依据TSG Q7014—2008《起重机械安全保护装置型式试验细则》,对方圆集团电气有限公司自主研制的TQX-A-5t型起重量限制器、TSAX系列特种设备安全保护系统、FYL-L-4000型力矩限制器等产品进行“特种设备型式试验”样机检测工作。样机的工作性能得到了审核专家的一致肯定,各项检测结果均达到合格要求。据悉,这3种产品可对产品监测数据进行有效显示与记录,以对超载作业起到防护作用。
Recently, the State Construction Machinery Quality Inspection Center expert testing group based on TSG Q7014-2008 “lifting machinery safety protection device type test rules” on the radius of Group Electric Co., Ltd. independently developed TQX-A-5t-type weight limiter, TSAX series Special equipment safety protection system, FYL-L-4000 torque limiter and other products “special equipment type test ” prototype testing. The working performance of the prototype has been unanimously approved by the audit experts, the test results have reached the eligibility requirements. It is reported that these three kinds of products can monitor the data on the product effectively display and record in order to play a protective overload operation.
