液力变矩器是工程机械液力机械传动系中的关键部件,它对整机性能的良好与否有着极为重要的作用。上海彭浦机器厂与天津工程机械研究所共同设计的240马力推土机,其传动系中所采用的液力变矩器是在毛主席无产阶级革命路线指引下,发扬独立自主、自力更生的革命精神,全部自行设计的一台液力变矩器。它已由上海彭浦机器厂于1975年8月进行了试制,并由天津工程机械研究所液力试验室进行了台架试验。试验结果表明,该液力变矩器性能良好,结构可靠,达到了设计要求。
