1990年4月,我们调查了南京市四个区、80户308名居民的膳食模式,发现除铁和视黄醇外,热能和其它营养素的摄入量都较我国推荐的每日膳食中营养素供给量低。热能低于2400kcal.蛋白质、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸、抗坏血酸及钙的摄入量分别是63、0.8mg、0.36mg、8.8mg、58mg及583mg。建议增加粗粮、标准米面、奶、豆、鱼、禽及水果类的摄入量。
In April 1990, we investigated the diet pattern of 308 households in 80 households in four districts of Nanjing. We found that the intake of heat and other nutrients were lower than the daily dietary supplements recommended by our country, excluding iron and retinol Low supply.
