为了拓宽装载机的用途,满足特殊工况下的卸高要求,在普通标准型产品的基础上,定制设计了ZL50高卸型装载机工作装置。为了降低成本,提高产品中零部件的通用性,只对六连杆机构中个别杆件的参数进行了变动,其他参数保持不变。采用遗传算法作为优化方法,对高卸型装载机工作装置的性能和结构参数进行优化设计。结果表明,定制设计的装载机工作装置符合设计要求。
In order to broaden the use of loaders and meet the requirements of unloading under special operating conditions, the ZL50 high unloader working device was designed and customized on the basis of ordinary standard products. In order to reduce costs and improve the commonality of parts in the product, only the parameters of individual rod members in a six-bar linkage mechanism have been changed, and other parameters remain unchanged. Genetic algorithm is used as the optimization method to optimize the performance and structural parameters of the working equipment of high unloading loaders. The results show that the custom design of the loader working device meets the design requirements.
