双功能抗体有双重特异性,抗体的每一个臂结合不同的抗原,并能用生物化学或化学的方法制备。双功能抗体有多种用途,用于辅助癌症的化疗,还应用于酶固定法和新的免疫测定技术。
Bifunctional antibodies are dual specific and each arm of the antibody binds to a different antigen and can be prepared biochemically or chemically. Bifunctional antibodies have multiple uses to aid in the chemotherapy of cancer and are also used in enzyme immobilization and new immunoassay techniques.
