群众是最重实际的,理论讲得再深入透彻,不如办成一件实事的说服力强。要把“百姓得实惠”作为思想政治工作的落脚点和归宿,通过解决实际问题引导广大干部群众增强信心、提高思想觉悟和精神境界。
The masses are the most practical and the theory goes further and better. It is not as convincing as to make a reality. We should take “people benefit ” as the foothold and destination of ideological and political work, and guide the cadres and masses to enhance their confidence and improve their ideological and spiritual realms by solving practical problems.
