很多工业如钢铁、冶金、石油化工、煤化工和化肥等,有时会发生爆炸或中毒的情况。这是由于气体中某些气体含量超标所造成的,而气体分析仪的产生就能准确地分析当前气体含量,当某检测气体超标就会发出警报。系统结构设计本系统是集数据采集、处理、控制和显示为一体的智能系统。系统由主副板构成,主板为采集板,副板为控制板,板间采用I2C总线进行数据通信。处理器采用SiliconLabs公司C8051F350和C8051F330单片机,该类型单片机具有标准8051的组织架构,CIP-51采用流水线结构,70%的的指令执行时间为1或2个系统时钟周期,是标准8051指令执行速度的12倍;其中C8051F350单片机采样精度可达24bit,采样速率可达500Kbit/s。系统还具有LCD实时显示、与电脑进行RS232通信、当气体含量(浓度)超过要求进行报警等功能。系统结构如图1所示。
