老年人保健福利制度,主要包括特别养护老人的护理院、老年人保健设施及家庭护理三个方面。这是老年人生活福利中心进一步发展增设的新内容,它将使老年人的生潘和健康事业得以深入发展。这些设施的完善将帮助社会上的老年人料理家务,使之参加趣味活动,同时为很多还在承担工作的老年人妥善地安排眼前的生活提供帮助。例如专业性的创造活动、中老年教育讲座、老年人社会福利活动及老年体育活动等可以在老年人身边的城镇进行,也可向全国范围推广。
