我院内科门诊自1988～1996年共收治22例华支睾吸虫病(以下简称本病)被误诊,现总结分析如下。16 临床资料1.1 一般情况 本组22例中男18例,女4例。年龄20～65岁,平均42岁。病程6个月以内者3例,6个月～1年者5例,1～2年者8例,2年以上者6例。1.2 临床表现 主诉上腹部隐痛、饱胀16例;发热黄疸2例;食欲不振,疲乏,精神不振3例;腹泻1例。
In our hospital internal medicine clinic from 1988 to 1996, a total of 22 cases of clonorchiasis (hereinafter referred to as the disease) were misdiagnosed, are summarized as follows. 16 Clinical data 1.1 General This group of 22 patients, 18 males and 4 females. Age 20 to 65 years old, average 42 years old. The course of disease within 6 months in 3 cases, 6 months to 1 year in 5 cases, 1 to 2 years in 8 cases, more than 2 years in 6 cases. 1.2 The main clinical manifestations of upper abdominal pain, fullness in 16 cases; 2 cases of fever jaundice; loss of appetite, fatigue, lack of energy in 3 cases; 1 case of diarrhea.
