用9对SSR特异性引物对74份梨砧木种质资源进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:9对SSR引物扩增得到57个等位基因,平均6.33个,可以区分除K11、K12、杜梨-13和杜梨-16以外的70份梨资源样本。聚类分析结果表明,74份样本的相似系数变化范围为0.41~1.00,表现出较高的遗传多样性。供试品种在相似系数0.67处被分为7大类群,与品种的系谱来源和地理分布基本吻合。
Nine pairs of SSR specific primers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 74 pear rootstocks. The results showed that seven of the 57 alleles amplified by 9 pairs of SSR primers averaged 6.33, which could distinguish 70 pear resources except K11, K12, Du pear -13 and Du pear -16. Cluster analysis showed that the similarity coefficient of 74 samples ranged from 0.41 to 1.00, showing a high genetic diversity. The tested cultivars were divided into 7 groups at the similarity coefficient of 0.67, which was basically consistent with the pedigree genealogy and geographical distribution of the cultivars.
