今年三月省政府在部署编制全省“八五”计划和十年规划座谈会上,要求省社科院提出编制这个计划的基本思路方案。会后,省社科院即成立课题组,组织力量,进行大量的调查研究工作,提交了《编制江西省“八五”计划和十年规划基本思路的九条建议》,并报送了与此相关的赴湘、浙、苏、鲁的考察材料。吴省长在看过这几个材料后召开的座谈会上作了讲话,这个讲话对发展我省经济和社会科学事业,具有重要指导意义,现将根据记录整理的要点刊登于此。
In March this year, the provincial government deployed the preparation of the province’s “Eighth Five-Year Plan” and ten-year planning symposium and requested the Provincial Academy of Social Sciences to put forward the plan for the preparation of the basic idea of the program.
