目的分析乳腺X线不同分型对乳腺癌诊断的影像,提高诊断准确性。方法收集本院2010年6月~2013年6月乳腺癌患者共计160例,行模拟乳腺X线摄影系统+CR图像处理,并经手术病理证实为乳腺癌,对不同X线分型与漏诊的情况进行分析。结果乳腺不同X线分型对乳腺癌诊断有影响,检查160例中漏诊9例,3例为致密型,6例为腺纤维型。结论在X线诊断过程中,仔细阅片,注意方法,加强责任心,规范操作,可减少钼靶X线检查的漏诊。
Objective To analyze the different types of breast X-ray diagnosis of breast cancer images, improve diagnostic accuracy. Methods A total of 160 patients with breast cancer from June 2010 to June 2013 were enrolled in this study. They were treated with simulated mammography system and CR imaging and confirmed by surgery and pathology. Breast cancer patients with different types of X-ray and missed diagnosis Situation analysis. Results The different X-ray classification of breast had an impact on the diagnosis of breast cancer. Among the 160 cases, 9 cases were missed, 3 were compact and 6 were adenofibers. Conclusion In the process of X-ray diagnosis, carefully read the film, pay attention to the method, strengthen the sense of responsibility, regulate the operation, can reduce the missed diagnosis of mammography X-ray examination.
