学校文化的迷失,是目前普通高中文化建设的重要特征。普通高中应该根据自己的历史和传统,对学校文化进行准确定位,形成自己的主题文化;根据主题文化,提炼和孵化出学校教育哲学和精神文化,获得并拥有屹立于品牌学校之林的精神力量,形成一定的价值导向;学校还应通过学科课程、活动课程和环境课程等来建设主题文化,使主题文化真正通过教育教学活动得以实现。
The loss of school culture is an important feature of the current general high school culture. Based on their own history and traditions, ordinary senior high schools should accurately locate their school culture and form their own theme culture.
