举世瞩目的中国共产党第十五次全国代表大会9 月12日上午在北京人民大会堂开幕。江泽民同志代表第十四届中央委员会向大会作报告。报告的题目是《高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,把建设有中国特色社会主义事业全面推向二十一世纪》。
The 15th National Congress of the Chinese People, which has drawn worldwide attention, opened on the morning of September 12 in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Comrade Jiang Zemin delivered a speech to the General Assembly on behalf of the 14th Central Committee. The title of the report is “to hold high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and push the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics to the 21st century in an all-round way.”
